Cancelled BetterMe Subscription Came Back and Drained My Bank Account for 11 Months Straight

I am writing regarding an ongoing problem with my BetterMe aerobics subscription, which I cancelled many months ago, yet it appears to have been reactivated and charged to my account without my authorization. I estimate that there may be at least 11 months of unauthorised payments since my cancellation, possibly from around August 2024. On my bank statement, the charges appear as “BetterMe workoutsplan Nicosia” for 49.99 per month. I did not receive any email notifications about these renewals or payments. The subscription was originally used for activities following back surgery and other complications, but I clearly cancelled it and did not consent to it starting again. My BetterMe account details are under the email address myag**@bigpond.com and/or the name Irene Clews, which should help you locate my profile and payment history. I have previously contacted you about this matter, but the issue has not been resolved, and the charges have continued. I request that my BetterMe aerobics subscription be cancelled immediately and that a full refund be issued for all payments taken without my authorisation, estimated from around August 2024 to the present. I also ask that you investigate how this could happen, especially as I am aware that numerous clients have reported similar problems, and provide written confirmation once this issue has been fully resolved. I am trying to service this complaint, and you are trying to tell me that you do not recognise my account/email/ name. So how come you see fit that you can illegally take my money. Whilst using your app, I recommended it to other patients, and I certainly hope that these persons have not been treated in the same manner.
