BGMI 10-Year Ban Appeal for Account 5170853804

I am writing to request a review and removal, or at least a reduction, of the ban placed on my BGMI account. My BGMI ID/UID is 5170853804 and my in‑game name is ؄ジBRÕ؄彡. I play on a Redmi Note 13 Pro+ device. On 21 September 2026 I was able to play normally, and afterward I suddenly received a notice stating that my account has been banned for 10 years, until 2036, due to alleged rule violations. I was very surprised by this because I have not used any cheats, third‑party software, or engaged in any behaviour that I believe would violate BGMI’s fair‑play policies. I respectfully request that my account be thoroughly re‑checked, including logs and security data, so that any possible mistake can be corrected. I kindly ask you to lift this 10‑year ban from my account, or at least convert it to a shorter temporary suspension such as 1 to 3 months, so that I can return to playing the game fairly on my main account.
