If you find Asana Rebel workouts too fast and unclear, start by using the built-in filters in the app and set Intensity → Low (or “Beginner”), which focuses on gentler pace and simpler instruction.
You can also go to Profile → Settings → Pace and select “Slow and steady” to align the workout tempo with your comfort level.
During a session, feel free to pause or rewind the video to revisit a pose for clarity, and use the recommendation from the Help Centre: “If the rhythm is too quick … you can do any cardio-related asanas half the speed in the beginning.”
If you still struggle, you might consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to seek a resolution.
