No Service for Imported iPhones in Turkey?

Apple's service policies are confusing and make me very angry. I bought a phone with a registered IMEI number and a receipt from another country. I now need a new battery. But the official service in Turkey doesn't want to help. In Germany, Apple says it has a one-year international warranty, after which you have to pay for service. However, this seems to be a big lie when it comes to Turkey. Devices that are sold all over the world get service in Germany, but customers are stuck in Turkey. Your choice changes how much I trust the Apple ecosystem. Why advertise iPad, iWatch, iPhone, and Apple TV if my iPhone doesn't work and makes the other systems useless? This obvious double standard hurts your reputation and pushes loyal customers away from your brand.
