Telegram Airtel Mobile Money Not Available

I am a user in Uganda and I would like to report an issue regarding Airtel mobile money not appearing as a payment option when I try to add a payment method in the Telegram app. On Friday, 27 March 2026, I attempted to add a payment method in Telegram, but the Airtel mobile money payment option did not appear at all among the available choices. I am using the Telegram app and expected to be able to link Airtel mobile money as a payment method, but there is no such option visible. I have not yet contacted Airtel customer service or Telegram support about this issue. I kindly request a clear explanation as to why Airtel mobile money is not available as a payment method in Telegram for my region or account, and what needs to be done for this option to be enabled, if possible.
