My Deposit Not Received
On 26 March at around 12:51 pm, I made a UPI transfer of ₹3000 to 91 Club in order to deposit money into my game wallet. Although the amount was debited from my bank account, it has still not been credited to my 91 Club game wallet. I contacted your customer care and was only told that the deposit has still not been received, without any clear solution or update. This situation is causing me inconvenience, as I cannot use the funds that have already been deducted from my account. I request that my ₹3000 deposit be immediately credited to my 91 Club game wallet, or that you urgently investigate this transaction and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
