91 Club Deposit Missing After Lottery Payment Transaction

I made an online payment to the 91 Club platform via Akash Lottery Agency on 21 August 2026. The transaction was successful and the amount was debited from my bank account, but the money has still not been credited to my 91 Club wallet. Despite waiting, my wallet balance has not been updated and I cannot use the amount I deposited. This situation is causing me financial and mental stress because my money is stuck even though the payment receipt clearly shows a successful transaction. I request that my missing deposit be either immediately credited to my 91 Club wallet or fully refunded back to my bank account as soon as possible.
