I Face 8 Ball Pool Error on Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro Claiming Magisk Use Without Root

While using version 56.10.5 of the 8 Ball Pool app on my Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro, the application closes after about one to two minutes with an error message that says: “8 Ball Pool has detected the use of malicious software such as Magisk or similar tools. To protect you, the app will be closed.” However, my device is not rooted, and I have never installed Magisk or any similar software.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, and testing several different solutions, but the problem persists. The email address linked to my account is p***************@gmail.com. I also paid about $3 to break the in-game gold piggy bank, but I can no longer access the game because of this issue.

I am encountering this error even though I have not used any cheats or made any modifications. I urgently request that this issue be resolved immediately so that I can log back into my account. I’ve invested a lot of time and effort into this game, and I don’t want to lose my progress.
