For about a month, while playing 8 Ball Pool on my Android device, I’ve been getting random ads after every game, and these ads don’t include an exit (X) button to close them. As a result, I’m forced to watch the entire ad each time, which seriously affects my enjoyment of the game. I also checked all in-app settings and menus, but there’s no option to disable or reduce ads. My username is Ö** B*****.
The ads are far too frequent and intrusive. I’m requesting that the frequency of ads be reduced and that an exit (X) button be added to every advertisement so players have the option to skip them. I would appreciate a prompt response and solution to this issue.
