8 Ball Pool Account ID Banned for Exploiting Without Evidence

I have been playing 8 Ball Pool through the official app downloaded from the Google Play Store, without using any kind of exploit, cheat, or third‑party software. Despite this, my account was suddenly banned today with the message “Account banned for exploiting the game” and the account ID shown is 128‑343‑780‑5. I immediately contacted 8 Ball Pool support and clearly explained that I only use the official mobile app and have never exploited the game in any way. However, my support requests are repeatedly being closed without any proper investigation, justification, or detailed explanation of what I supposedly did wrong. I feel that my account has been banned unfairly and that my objections are not being taken into account. I request that my account be thoroughly reviewed, that the unjust ban on my account be lifted, and that my previously owned coins be fully restored. In addition, I expect a clear written explanation stating the exact reason for the ban and on what basis the decision was made. I kindly ask you to resolve this issue as soon as possible and restore my access to my account.
