Miniclip Bans 8 Ball Pool Account ID 487-074-572-6 Without Warning or Explanation

My Miniclip 8 Ball Pool account, which I have used for a long time and linked to my Facebook profile, was closed approximately 6–7 months ago despite me never using any cheats or engaging in inappropriate behavior. Ever since that day, I have been unable to log into my account from my Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro+ device. Whenever I attempt to log in, I encounter a warning stating, "Your ID account has been banned for game abuse."

Prior to my account being closed, I received no warning, notification, or email; I simply lost access to my account out of nowhere. Because my hard-earned level, accumulated coins, and overall progress are tied to this account, I consider this ban completely unjustified.

To resolve the issue, I submitted a request to the support team via the in-game support section; however, I have received no response to date, and my hardship has persisted for months.
