I regularly play Zynga 101 Okey Plus on my phone and I have repeatedly experienced cheating and chip transfers that caused me financial loss. The most recent incident happened today, and similar situations have occurred several times over the last few months, almost after every chip purchase. Despite playing fairly, my chips are suddenly transferred and I lose them in a way that clearly does not feel like normal gameplay. I contacted the company by e‑mail and explained that there is cheating and unfair chip transfer in the game. However, they did not take any concrete action against the accounts that are cheating and they did not compensate my loss in any way. So far, my total loss has exceeded ₺10,000 due to these chip losses that occur after my purchases. I also have screenshots and records of the games and I am ready to share them with you if requested. I request that the accounts that are cheating and causing unfair chip transfer be identified and blocked, and that the total amount I lost, over ₺10,000, be refunded to me either as money or as chips. I expect my victimisation in Zynga 101 Okey Plus to be examined in detail through my account records and for a clear solution to be provided as soon as possible.
