If Zety won’t let you download your resume, it’s usually not a bug—it’s how their system works. Here’s how to access your file:

Understand the limitation first;

• BUT: PDF or Word download = paid only
• Free version only allows .txt (plain text) download

That’s why you’re blocked at the final step.

Try these options;
