Yalla Ludo Needs to Restore My Locked Account

I am a Yalla Ludo user on an Android phone in Oman and my in-game account with the nickname “Jenny” and Yalla ID 22928898852 has been locked. Since 26 July 2026 I have not been able to open or access my Yalla Ludo account at all. I do not know why my account was locked and I did not receive any clear explanation. I tried to log in several times but the account stays inaccessible, so I cannot use the game or reach my profile and progress. I have not yet been able to contact Yalla Ludo customer support because I do not know the correct way to reach them, therefore I am explaining my situation here. I kindly request that my Yalla Ludo account with the nickname “Jenny” and Yalla ID 22928898852 be checked and reopened as soon as possible, or that I am informed clearly about the reason for the lock and what I need to do to recover my access.
