Yalla Chat Account Still Linked to Yalla Ludo After Deletion
October 4 3:06 PM
I play Yalla Ludo on an Android device and I am having a problem with the Yalla Chat account linked to my game. The Yalla Chat account connected to my Yalla Ludo is registered with the email address arsshadk***[email protected] and I want this account to be completely deleted and unlinked from Yalla Ludo. I deleted my Yalla Chat account, but it still appears linked to my Yalla Ludo profile and I cannot use or add a different Yalla Chat account. This situation prevents me from managing my account the way I want. I request that the Yalla Chat account associated with the email address be permanently deleted from your systems and unlinked from my Yalla Ludo account, and that I be allowed to add and use a new Yalla Chat account instead.
