Please Remove YallaChat Completely From My Yalla Ludo Account

I play Yalla Ludo on my Android device, and my Yalla Ludo account has been bound to YallaChat by another person without my permission. On 21 September 2026, I noticed that YallaChat was added to my account and since then I have been unable to remove this unauthorized binding or properly access and secure my account. I have contacted Yalla Ludo Support more than 10 times and clearly explained that YallaChat was added to my account without my consent, but the unauthorized YallaChat binding is still not removed and my problem remains unresolved. This situation makes me feel unsafe about my account and personal data, because someone else may have access to my account. I request that the unauthorized YallaChat binding be completely removed from my Yalla Ludo account, that my account be fully secured, and that my account access be restored to me as the rightful owner. Please remove YallaChat completely from my Yalla Ludo account as it was added without my permission, and secure my account as soon as possible. I also kindly ask you to inform me in detail about the actions taken and the final result by email.
