My XM Account Is Experiencing Funding Problems
On June 26, 2023, I funded my XM account with $51. The transaction was returned, stating it was underfunded, and $6 was deducted, attributed to processor fees. I added more funds to exceed $50, but this time the transaction timed out, and I was told to wait 24 hours for a refund. I am concerned that another fee will be deducted. This seems like another way to exploit customers. XM does not seem reliable. Beware.
