User On WePlay Abusing Me

I am writing to report ongoing verbal abuse I have been experiencing in the Weplay voice room game. The player with ID 584690187 has been abusing me in the in‑game chat on a daily basis, and this constant harassment has made the game experience very uncomfortable and stressful for me. Today at around 21:34, this abusive behavior continued again in the same environment. I have proof of the insults and harassment in the form of chat records and a video clip showing what happened, yet the problem is still ongoing. I have already reported this player to support, but I have not received any answer yet and no effective action seems to have been taken, as the harassment continues. As a player, I expect a safe and respectful gaming environment and a prompt and effective response when I report such serious behavior. I request that the Weplay team urgently review this player’s behavior and chat history in the voice room game and permanently ban the account with ID 584690187 so that this harassment is finally stopped and the game can once again be a safe and enjoyable environment for me and other users. I also request to be informed in writing about the result of this investigation and the actions taken.
