• Keep your phone close to the watch and avoid placing it in pockets or bags that may block signal
• Disable battery optimization and power-saving modes for VeryFit and your phone’s Bluetooth service
• Allow VeryFit to run in the background and enable all required permissions (Bluetooth, location, background activity)
• Close other apps or fitness trackers that may try to use Bluetooth at the same time
• Restart both your phone and the watch before workouts
• Unbind the watch from VeryFit, then pair it again from scratch
• Update the VeryFit app and your watch firmware to the latest version
