On Tuesday, January 6, 2026, around 11:50 PM, I experienced a serious health issue while using Vanish Kosla liquid detergent. I poured the product directly onto a stain on my colored sweater, and during this process, the detergent came into direct contact with my hand. The moment the detergent touched my skin, I felt an intense burning sensation, and white patches immediately appeared on my hand. Since then, my hand has been constantly aching, and the discomfort has not gone away.
I washed my hand immediately and applied cream, but despite this, the burning and pain did not subside. I am planning to visit the emergency room tomorrow because I am concerned about the seriousness of the situation. A cleaning product causing such rapid burning and visible skin damage is clearly a risk to human health.
I am requesting a thorough investigation into the product’s ingredients and safety, that any issue capable of causing this type of chemical burn be corrected immediately, and that I be provided with clear information and support regarding my health condition. I expect the company to take responsibility for a product that puts human health at such risk and to address my damages and concerns appropriately.
