Valorant Can't Protect User Accounts, Hackers Have No Problems
Why is it so easy that accounts are hacked in a blink?? My Valorant account was hacked by someone I don't know. The hacker changed my email and user information, so I can't access my own account even. I don't understand how someone could easily gain access to my account and change my registered email, particularly for security reasons. Solely, the email I received from the company was that my email address was successfully changed. Additionally, I lost all the skins and time I invested in the game. The hacker changed my email to riq*****@fma***.com, but my game username "ff taktak" remained unchanged. I want to know legally what process I can follow in this situation. Clearly, this incident shows that the company has serious security flaws in their system. If they can't protect their users' accounts, they should have beforehand informed us. it's important for them to responsibly address this issue.
