Request Unban Of My Account On Uhmegle

I am an active user of the Uhmegle app on my iPhone and mainly use the platform to chat, stream, make friends and talk to people. On 7 September 2026 my account was suddenly banned, and when I checked the screen it said that my account was banned for “Disruptive Behaviour”. I do not engage in disruptive behaviour on the app and I genuinely do not understand why this ban was applied. I suspect that someone may have reported me unfairly. On the ban screen, instead of offering a clear explanation or an appeal option, the app only offers an “Instant Unban” for $9.99. I find it very unfair that my account is banned without a concrete, clear reason and that the only visible solution is to pay money to remove the ban. This creates the impression that users can be banned arbitrarily and then pushed to pay to get their accounts back. I request that my account and ban ID 5221641d be reviewed in detail, that I be informed of any specific action that is claimed to be “disruptive”, and that my ban be lifted if there is no clear violation of the rules. If I have unknowingly violated any rule, I would like to be told exactly what it was so I can avoid it in the future. I also kindly ask that you provide a proper, transparent appeal process that does not require payment just to regain access to my account.
