I’ve been trying to cancel a forgotten Twitch subscription, but it’s impossible due to the platform’s flawed process. When I attempt to cancel via the website, it tells me to cancel through the mobile app because the subscription was made there. However, when I try to cancel on mobile, there’s no option available.
After a lot of effort, I discovered the issue: I switched from an Android phone to iOS, and now Twitch requires me to have an Android device to cancel the subscription. This is absurd—I’ve never encountered such an unnecessarily complicated process before.
Twitch, I demand an immediate solution. Users shouldn’t need a specific device to manage their subscriptions. Please address this issue and improve your cancellation process.
