First, open a ticket and say that you paid but can't get into your account.

Include proof of payment (date, amount, and transaction ID) in your message, and ask for activation or a return right away.

Also, look in your spam box for any activation or login emails you might have missed.

If they don't answer within a fair amount of time, take things to the next level by filing a complaint through Xolvie to connect with others and find support.
