Tinder Keeps Asking for Video Verification and Won’t Let Me Match Despite Premium

I got a Tinder Premium membership, but for the last couple of days, the app keeps bugging me to do a video selfie verification. I've verified my account, but it just keeps asking me to do it again and again. Additionally, when I attempt to like those who liked me after my account finally gets opened, I keep encountering an error stating that the match couldn't be made. It honestly seems like I shelled out for this service and ended up with nothing to show for it. I reached out to support, and they confirmed my account is active, but the same issue keeps popping up within 30 minutes. This is really getting annoying, and I just want Tinder to sort this out fast because this isn't what I signed up for with a paid membership.
