Tinder "Failed to Delete Account" Error

I'm having a problem with my Tinder account. It's completely unusable and I can't even delete it because the app keeps crashing. I'm having trouble accessing my messages and matches, and whenever I attempt to delete my account, I keep getting an error message saying that my account couldn't be deleted. I've tried sending an email, but unfortunately, it hasn't been successful. I've also given uninstalling and reinstalling the app a shot, but unfortunately, it hasn't done the trick. I'd like to cancel my account. Need a hand?
