Tango Payout Problem – Money Not Deposited After 10 Days
On October 21–22, 2025, I submitted a $15 withdrawal request via IBAN through the Tango Live application. However, even after about 10 days, the payment has still not been deposited into my account. This was my first withdrawal, and I had never experienced an issue like this before.
I have been unable to reach customer support, and no information or updates have been provided regarding the status of my withdrawal.
I kindly request that my payment be transferred to my account as soon as possible and that my issue be resolved quickly to avoid further inconvenience.
