Brawl Stars Melodie Event Issues – Unfair Matchmaking and Lost Gems

I have been playing Brawl Stars for 12 years and always enjoyed it, but the recent Melodie event has been a huge disappointment. Everything was fine during the earlier rounds of Brawl Ball and Gem Grab, where I only lost twice. However, once I reached the Knockout stage, it became unbearable. I spent 92 gems but only managed to win one round.

The matchmaking is completely unbalanced. My team always gets beginners with characters like Shelly and Brock, who barely move, randomly shoot, or don't progress at all. Meanwhile, the opposing team has experienced players with high-tier characters. This unfair system ruins the experience. I demand a refund of my 92 gems or a resolution to this issue. Fix this now!
