On June 17, I ordered a Stumble Guys toy from a seller named Selandos, but when the package arrived, it contained the wrong product. Naturally, I submitted a return request, but it was rejected.
The reason given was that I had torn the package open — but honestly, how else are you supposed to open a sealed package to see what’s inside? That’s completely unreasonable.
I asked for a refund, yet my request was still denied. I’m extremely dissatisfied with both the seller’s behavior and the lack of fairness in the return process.
