Replace My Damaged Stumble Guys Figure with Crushed Hat

I purchased a Stumble Guys figure, but the item was defective – the hat was crushed and cannot be fixed. My son, who is very particular about his toys, was extremely upset and cried over the damaged figure. I tried to fix the hat, but it’s too dented to reshape properly.

I uploaded a photo of the damaged product just 5 minutes after purchasing, yet no exchange or assistance has been offered.
