If Soouya’s data recovery software didn’t recover your files and you want to fix it or try other ways to recover;

Stop using the affected drive;

• Do not write new data to the drive
• New files overwrite recoverable data

Try again with proper settings;

• Run the scan as Administrator
• Choose Deep/Full Scan (not Quick Scan)
• Let it finish completely (can take hours)

Check file type filters;

• Make sure recovery isn’t hiding files by type
• Disable filters like “Only photos” or “Only docs”
• Then re-run the scan

Contact Soouya Support;

• Provide:
– Drive type & OS
– What file types you need
– Screenshots of scans/results

• Ask for guidance or special settings
