Soouya charged my credit card without consent, how can I stop these charges?

If Soouya charged your credit card without consent and you want to stop these charges;

Verify the charge first;

• Check your bank/credit card statement
• Note:
– Exact amount
– Date
– Merchant name (how it appears)
• Screenshot the transaction

Check subscription status;

• Log in → Soouya account → Billing/Subscription
• Confirm:
– Active plan
– Auto-renew status
– Next billing date
• Screenshot the subscription page

Check how you subscribed;

• If via App Store (iOS):
– Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
– Look for Soouya → Cancel if active
• If via Google Play (Android):
– Open Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
– Cancel Soouya subscription
• Screenshot cancellation status

Turn off auto-renew immediately;

• In Soouya billing settings → Turn off auto-renew
• Confirm with screenshot

Contact Soouya Support;

• Explain you were charged without consent
• Provide:
– Account email/username
– Charge date & amount
– Screenshots (bank + subscription + cancellation)

• Ask them to:
– Stop future charges
– Refund the unauthorized charge
– Provide written confirmation of cancellation
