I bought Soouya software and never got my download link or key, what’s the solution?

If you bought Soouya software but never received your download link or license key, the first thing to check is that the purchase confirmation email sometimes goes to spam/junk.

Soouya says they normally send the download link and key within a few minutes of a successful purchase.

If you still can’t find it, use the “Retrieve My Code” or Support FAQ on the official Soouya site and try again with the exact email you used to buy.

If that doesn’t work, email [email protected] with your order ID, purchase receipt, and registered email because that’s what Soouya support requires to resend your key.
