About a month ago, I joined Shein’s “Do Tasks, Earn Money” platform through an advertisement I saw on Instagram. I deposited money and completed several tasks, investing a total of about $2,091. I was told that once all tasks were completed, I would be able to withdraw the full amount I deposited. However, during the final task, they claimed I made a mistake and informed me that my money would not be refunded. Since then, I have not received my money back, nor have I received any response.
I made all payments via IBAN transfers to the names provided by the platform. I was never given a customer number, order code, or any written guarantee. I also haven’t been able to reach any customer service representatives. This is the first time I’ve experienced something like this, and it has put me in a very difficult financial situation.
I am requesting a full refund of the $2,091 I deposited. I urgently ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
