Royal Match Wrongfully Suspended My Account for Third-Party Software
I have been playing Royal Match with my account "ECA" (Account ID: 2MP6ASIS). On April 20, 2025, my account was suspended for allegedly displaying a social media username and using third-party software. I did not violate the game's rules, nor did I ever use cheats, hacks, or any third-party software while playing. Because of this, I believe my account may have been flagged due to a misunderstanding or an incorrect detection.
My account is linked to Facebook, and I have been a very active player. I play the game regularly and have also supported it by purchasing tickets and other in-game content. After my account was suspended, I contacted customer support multiple times beginning on April 25, 2025, but despite my repeated requests, my account remains restricted and I have not received a satisfactory explanation or resolution.
I respectfully request that Royal Match conduct a thorough review of my account and gameplay history, verify the circumstances surrounding the suspension, and reconsider what I believe to be an incorrect enforcement action. If no evidence of cheating or unauthorized software is found, I kindly ask that my account be reinstated so I can continue playing with the progress I have invested so much time and effort into.
