My Valorant Account Compromised and Locked – Poor Support from Riot Games
I was playing Valorant by Riot Games and took a break due to work commitments. When I returned, I found that someone else had been using my account. When I tried to change my password, I didn’t receive the two-step verification email on my Gmail account, so I reached out to the support team for help. They sent me a 16-question survey, which I answered completely, using the email registered with my account for communication.
Despite my efforts, the support team was unhelpful, and after two weeks of back-and-forth, they ended up closing my account. The lack of effective support is incredibly frustrating. Riot Games, you need to do better with your customer service! I just want my account back.
