If your Revolut crypto withdrawal shows “completed” but the funds haven’t arrived, the first step is to check the blockchain transaction status using the transaction hash provided in the Revolut app — the blockchain explorer is the source of truth and will show whether the transfer was successfully confirmed on-chain.
If you don’t see confirmations there, the network may be slow or there may have been a broadcast delay; this doesn’t necessarily mean funds are lost.
If the blockchain explorer does show the transaction as completed but your receiving wallet hasn’t credited the funds, contact the receiving wallet or exchange support because the issue may be on their side.
Also double-check that you used the correct network and compatible wallet address, as incorrect network transfers can result in missing funds you’ll have to recover with the receiving provider’s help.
If none of the above solutions work, please feel free to share your experience. You can also file a complaint on our website.
