Regal Dryer Tripped Breakers on Arrival – Demanding Refund for Faulty Machine

We purchased a Regal dryer, but the day it arrived, it caused the circuit breakers to trip. When the service team came, they insisted the issue was with our home's electrical system. We replaced the breaker as suggested, but the problem persisted. On their next visit, the technician didn’t even inspect the dryer and blamed our electricity again, warning they would charge a service fee next time.
To confirm the issue, we tested the dryer at our neighbor’s home, and it caused the same problem there. When the service team returned, they finally opened the machine and discovered the fault was with the dryer itself. They took it for repairs, but I don’t want a repaired machine—I want a full refund for this defective product. I request Regal to resolve this promptly.
They are still trying to repair the machine and give it back to me.
