Quotex IMPS Deposit Not Credited

I made a deposit to my Quotex account through IMPS using the ICICI Bank app, but the money was deducted from my bank and not credited back to me. The transaction was made on 20-07-2025 at 04:25 AM IST for an amount of 1000.00 USD. The deposit is recorded as Deposit #92817794 with transaction ID 520104529483. Although the IMPS transaction was successful on the bank’s side, Quotex did not accept or reflect this amount in my account balance. I contacted ICICI Bank regarding this issue and they have confirmed in writing that the transaction was successfully credited to the payee. Despite this confirmation, I still do not see the deposit in my Quotex account, nor have I received any refund. I request that this 1000.00 USD either be immediately refunded back to my ICICI Bank account or that Quotex provides a clear and prompt resolution explaining what happened to this transaction and ensures that I do not suffer any financial loss due to this issue.
