Quotex Deposit Issue Not Resolved After So Many Support Message
I made a deposit of $89 to my Quotex trading account on 15/06/2026 at 06:21:28 using Paytm, but the amount has neither been credited to my trading balance nor refunded to my Paytm account. After confirming the payment in Paytm, I was redirected back to the Quotex page, but due to a network issue I forgot to enter the UTR number and was sent back to the home page. Since then, the deposit has been stuck and Quotex later showed the payment status as “failed” after 48 hours, even though the funds were successfully debited from my Paytm account. Despite this, I have not received any refund back to my Paytm wallet or bank. The details of my transaction are as follows: Deposit #121927***, amount $89, date and time 15/06/2026, 06:21:28. My Quotex ID is 67270***, the UTR number is 616627389685, and the transaction status in the Quotex system is still shown as “processing/failed”. I am also attaching supporting bank documents that clearly show the debit of the $89 from my side. I kindly request that this issue be investigated urgently and that the $89 either be credited to my Quotex trading balance as intended or refunded in full to my Paytm account without any further delay. I also ask that you review your handling of such payment issues so that future deposits made via Paytm are processed correctly and customers are not left waiting without information or resolution. I expect written confirmation once the amount has been either credited or refunded, and for this matter to be resolved as soon as possible.
