Fake Quotex Website & Pending $264 Withdrawal

I am filing a serious complaint regarding a suspicious website that appears to be using the Quotex name, logo and trading interface in a way that may deceive users into believing it is the official Quotex platform. On 20 August 2026 I registered an account on the website https://quoteexx.com/en/sign-in with the UID 17872***. I did not receive any registration confirmation, reminder or other email to my Gmail address after opening this account. On the same day, 20 August 2026 at around 18:43, I submitted a withdrawal request for $264 via EasyPaisa. This withdrawal has been showing only as “Pending” since then and has not been processed. When I checked the Deposit section on this website, I was instructed to send money to the following payment details: 03441653*** — Muhammad A***. This appears to be a personal Pakistani mobile number and individual name, not an official corporate payment account. The deposit page also displays various deposit bonuses such as 30%, 40% and 50%. These details, combined with the lack of email confirmations and the pending $264 withdrawal, make me very concerned that this may be an unauthorized or fake platform operating under the Quotex name. I have also checked the Help section of the website. The Help page presents options such as “Contact support”, but I am concerned that this may not provide genuine or effective customer support. I would like this support link and any connected WhatsApp or online help channel to be examined in detail to determine where it actually leads, who operates it and whether it is in any way connected to an authorized Quotex support system. I have screenshots showing my account, my UID 17872***, the $264 withdrawal showing as “Pending”, the deposit page, the payment recipient name and number, the Help/Contact support section and other relevant screens, and I am ready to provide these as evidence. I respectfully request that you urgently investigate quoteexx.com and the people operating it. I ask you to verify whether this website is in any way authorized by Quotex to use the Quotex name, logo, design and interface, and whether deposits and withdrawals on this website are real or only simulated on screen. I also request that you investigate who owns and operates this website, whether other users have already been affected, and whether this domain, its support channels and any related payment methods should be reported, blocked or removed to prevent further potential scams. My main request is that action be taken against anyone operating or promoting an unauthorized platform under the Quotex name, so that other users are not deceived into depositing money. In addition, I ask that my specific case be investigated and that I receive assistance and a clear solution regarding my $264 withdrawal that remains pending. If this website is confirmed to be unauthorized or fraudulent, I request that all possible steps be taken to protect my funds and to take action against those responsible for operating a fake website under the Quotex name.
