PUBG Mobile Ban Appeal for False Code Modification Accusation

I play PUBG Mobile on the Gameloop emulator, and today my account (ID: 5365****73) was banned for allegedly “modifying game code or data.” However, I have never used cheats, hacks, or any third-party software. The only unusual event was that my computer was recently infected with a virus, and I believe this may have caused the issue.
I contacted the PUBG Mobile support team, but I haven’t received any response yet. I also have previous in-game purchases tied to this account, and it is registered under PUBG’s security and support protection system.
I’m confident that this ban was issued by mistake, and I respectfully request that my account be re-investigated and reinstated as soon as possible. I also ask that this situation be handled promptly to avoid further inconvenience.
