The only unusual event was that my computer was recently infected with a virus, and I believe this may have caused the issue.
I contacted the PUBG Mobile support team, but I haven’t received any response yet. I also have previous in-game purchases tied to this account, and it is registered under PUBG’s security and support protection system.
