I’ve been experiencing a serious issue for about two weeks while playing the game PK XD on my Samsung Galaxy tablet with the Android operating system. As soon as I log into the game, my character cannot walk or turn left or right. Sometimes, a warning appears on the screen saying, “I’m logging in from another device.” Because of this, I can’t play the game. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app and restarting my device, but the problem persists. This issue only occurs in PK XD; other games work fine. I haven’t made any purchases or earned any special rewards, but I’m requesting technical support so I can play the game smoothly again and make my character move properly.
