PK XD Creator Application Error Not Working

I have been trying to become a creator in PK XD for about seven months, but I constantly encounter an error on the creator application screen. When I apply, the only thing that appears on the screen is the word “Error!” and the process does not continue, even though I meet the necessary conditions for being a creator. During this time I have not been able to reach support through the game or other channels, so I have not received any explanation about why this error occurs or what I should do. I would like my account to be reviewed and approved as a creator, or at least to be clearly informed about what is preventing my application so that the problem can be resolved.
