I forgot my Pi Network wallet password, but there is no way to recover my account. The platform does not offer an email reset option, and when I try using my phone number, the SMS code never arrives.
I have been trying for 10 days with no success. The only alternative they push is Facebook login, but I don’t have a Facebook account and shouldn’t be forced to create one just to recover my wallet. If they allowed email recovery, this wouldn’t be a problem at all.
Pi Network, provide a proper account recovery option! Users should not be locked out of their wallets with no way to regain access.
