Pi Network Wallet Balance Missing

I am writing to report a serious balance discrepancy in my Pi Network account that I noticed just now, which appears to have been ongoing for approximately three months. When I checked my main wallet balance via the Pi Browser on iOS, I realized that two separate transactions, one for 228 Pi and another for 227 Pi, are missing from my balance. These amounts were previously visible in my main wallet, but they no longer appear, and my current balance is lower than it should be by a total of 455 Pi. When I look at the transaction history, it appears as if someone has transferred these amounts out of my balance, even though I did not authorize or knowingly perform such transfers. I have already contacted Pi Network support about this problem, but I have not received any response so far. The lack of feedback is very worrying, especially given the size of the missing amount and the length of time this seems to have been an issue. I kindly request that my missing 455 Pi (from the 228 Pi and 227 Pi transactions) be restored to my main wallet balance and that I be provided with a clear explanation of when and why these transactions disappeared or were altered, and how an apparent transfer could occur without my approval. I expect this situation to be investigated urgently and resolved as soon as possible.
