Pi Network Support Won’t Fix Missing 1,465 Pi After Unauthorized Wallet Transfer
I want to report an unauthorized transfer of my Pi coins through Pi Browser. A short time after unlocking my balance, 1,465 Pi coins were transferred from my account to an unknown wallet without my authorization. The transaction hash that appears in Pi Browser is: GAXOB5XBNRMNPIFWHXKVT2XQHZV3ZZXFDE4K5FPAWRWMELTZ57JVZZ6T. This situation makes me feel unprotected as a user, since I did not approve or initiate this movement at any time. After noticing the transfer a couple of hours ago, I contacted Pi Network support to report what happened and request help, but so far, I have not received an effective solution. I am very concerned about the security of my account and my funds, because I took the step of unlocking my coins, trusting the platform, and they were moved immediately to a wallet that I do not recognize. I respectfully request that my case be investigated in detail, that the unauthorized transfer be traced, and that my 1,465 Pi coins be restored to my account if possible. I also request clear information about what security measures can be applied to my account so that this situation does not happen again.
