Pi Network Password Reset Not Working for a Month

-I forgot my password on the Pi Network app, and for about a month I’ve been unable to complete the password reset process. The reset link inside the app does not work, and I don’t receive any error messages or warnings. I’ve only tried resetting my password through the app, not through the website. My account previously had phone verification and identity verification completed. I have never made any payments, nor have I encountered any payment requests.
