Pi Network KYC Rejected Due To Name Mismatch

I am writing regarding the rejection or hold of my KYC application on my Pi account due to a misunderstanding about my name. On my Pi account, my name appears as “Laxaman K*** C***” but the passport I submitted for verification shows my name as “Laxman KC.” These two versions refer to the same person, and the difference is only due to how my surname has been written and shortened over time, especially after immigration procedures. I hold a Nepalese passport under the name “Laxman KC” and I have been living in the United States for a long time as a permanent resident. As part of the KYC process, I have already submitted my passport, Social Security document, and Green Card as supporting documents to prove my identity and show clearly that I am not attempting any kind of fraud. Despite this, my KYC has not been approved, and this is preventing me from moving forward and using my Pi account properly. I kindly request that you review my documents again and approve my KYC application, taking into account that “Laxaman K*** C***” and “Laxman KC” refer to the same individual. I am ready to provide any additional clarification if needed, but I ask that this issue be resolved and my KYC be approved so I can proceed without further delay.
