I’m currently facing a frustrating issue with the Pi Network app. Although my Pi coins have been successfully delivered to my wallet, they are not being reflected under the "balance" section, which means I can’t use or transfer them. At first, I thought it was related to the locking period, but that duration has already expired. Still, my coins remain stuck and don’t appear as available.

I have not made any changes to my wallet settings, and everything seems correct on my end. I’ve looked for answers in the community but haven’t found a clear explanation or solution. No error messages are shown, and I’ve received no guidance from Pi Network support.

I need Pi Network to investigate and clarify why my coins are not moving to the balance despite the lock period ending. Please resolve this issue and make my Pi coins fully accessible in my wallet without delay.
